In Gangchon, you can choose to ride a rail bike and pedal along the old railroad tracks for about 8km while enjoying the beautiful nature! You can then take a tourist train and travel a few KM to reach your next destination.
4) Alpaca World:
Alpaca World is a fun place where you can see, touch, and feed alpacas, white deer, ponies, and other farm animals! You can even cuddle with the cutest bunny or ask for a horseback ride. If you like animals, this is the place to spend a fun day meeting cute and furry creatures!
5) Garden of Morning Calm:
The Garden of Morning Calm is located in Gapyeong, near Seoul. This private garden measures 30,000 m2 and is also the oldest private garden in Korea. There are many different types of plants (5,000 species!) and flowers bloom from March to November. With 22 different themed areas, there’s a lot to explore! The Garden of Morning Calm is most famous for its winter light festival, but here you can experience beautiful scenery and festivals every season.
